School Admissions Applications

To enter the Parent Portal you will be asked to sign in, or create an account if you haven't already got one.
Your username will be the e-mail address used to set up your account.



Secondary Intake - Starting in Year 7 from Sept 2026

For those children with a date of birth between 01/09/2014 and 31/08/2015

Offers - If you made a late or revised application by 12 noon on 23 March, you will receive an e-mail on 1st April containing a link to your offer letter. Check your 'junk' e-mail folder.

Applications - The online portal is now closed for secondary applications. If you haven't made an application yet, please phone 01522 782030 to make a phone application or request a paper application form. You must apply through the Local Authority where you currently live.

If you wish to change your application, you can make a revised application by following the guidance provided in your offer letter. 


In Year Applications

For those wanting to change schools now or in the next few weeks. This may be for reasons such as changing address, having issues with the current school, moving in from abroad.

If you want a place to start now in Year 7 at a Secondary school, Reception at a Primary school or Year 3 at a Junior school, you can apply here now.

Primary Intake - Starting in Reception from Sept 2026

For those children with a date of birth between 01/09/2021 and 31/08/2022

Offers - You will receive an e-mail on the morning of 16th April 2026 containing a link to your offer letter, if you applied on time. Check your 'junk' e-mail folder.

Applications - The online portal will open again for late primary intake applications on 17th April 2026 if you haven't already made an application. If you wish to change your application, you can make a revised application by following the guidance provided in your offer letter. Don't make a new application on the Parent Portal if you have already applied.

Junior Intake - Starting Junior School in Year 3 from Sept 2026

For those children with a date of birth between 01/09/2018 and 31/08/2019

Offers - You will receive an e-mail on the morning of 16th April 2026 containing a link to your offer letter, if you applied on time. Check your 'junk' e-mail folder.

Applications - The online portal will open again for late primary intake applications on 17th April 2026 if you haven't already made an application. If you wish to change your application, you can make a revised application by following the guidance provided in your offer letter. Don't make a new application on the Parent Portal if you have already applied.
